Although our online store is open 24 hours per day, we are also a bricks and mortar store operating 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturdays and so emails will be responded to as soon as possible during these times. We observe Western Australian public holidays.

REIDS BOOTMAKERS accepts in store payments using Visa, MasterCard and Union pay. We currently use Pay Pal for all online transactions.
Payments and use of a third party Payment Gateway Service
Online credit card payments will be processed using a third party payment gateway service run by PayPal. Please see their website for their full terms and conditions.
We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase so please choose your product carefully. If you aren’t 100% happy, all products can be returned for an exchange or refund (minus original shipping) if the product is faulty, but not simply if you change your mind. If the product does not fit correctly or you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange only. You, the customer will be responsible to pay the back and forth cost of postage on the replacement items.
To return items they MUST be Unworn (we allow for trying on for size on carpet), Unmarked, in Original Condition and Box, with Receipt of Purchase.
We do not offer a exchange or refund on shoe care items or accessories.

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Reids Bootmakers is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our premises when returning an item for a refund or exchange. Reids reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee if the original box is damaged.
Refunds (minus original shipping cost) will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our premises. A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform to our returns policy. To return items they MUST be Unworn (we allow for trying on for size on carpet), Unmarked, in Original Condition and Box, with Receipt of Purchase.
If you intend to exchange an item for a different size, simplye-mail email@example.com as soon as possible with the size you require so we can reserve it for you.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched when the returned unworn item is received by us, in its original condition and box, with the original receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Please note you will need to pay the return postage.

Reid’s Bootmakers is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange or refund.

As Reid’s is retail brick and mortar shop as well as an on-line shop we endeavour to keep our website up to-date with stock availability. However if you order an item and it has been brought in-store at the same time, a member of our staff will contact you within 48 hours of your order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale or discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.
No returns or Exchanges are accepted on international orders.
REIDS BOOTMAKERS offers free shipping within Australia on all orders over $99.00 via standard Australia Post mail delivery. If you require an Express Post delivery please select this option at the check-out stage.
Yes we do deliver anywhere in Australia including Post office boxes. We use Australia Post for all our shipping requirements. Reid’s Bootmakers will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.
When you select Express Post Service we use Australia Post boxes and express satchels and so each order will have a unique tracking number used to track the item should Australia Post fail to deliver the item. Australia post estimate delivery times between 4 - 6 days in the Metro area on standard delivery and 1-3 days on Express Post Service.
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to dispatch.
Yes we do deliver internationally.
International orders may incur an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.
International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders is subsequently reliant on overseas postal services.
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Reids Bootmakers may affect estimated delivery times. Reids Bootmakers reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.
While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
